Kit Kat and the Becks: Furry Friends Fur-Ever Tail

“Kit Kat is our first kitty,” Emma says. “And the reason we chose her was because she was adorable! We loved her markings.

“It took a couple of days for her to get used to living with us. She hid most of the first night, then spent some time walking around meowing like she was looking for something the next day. We adore her. She has brought us so much joy, laughter and comfort. She is such a good kitty.

“Kit Kat LOVES toys, and has many, but her favorites are hair ties. She gets so excited when she finds them. Second would be anything she can chase. She likes toys with strings because she can drag them in front of her.

“While she doesn’t care for being picked up (she won’t stay in your arms -- she just wants down), she loves being cuddled and snuggled. She also loves laps and legs. If you sit or lie down, she wants to lie on top of you.

“Not only is Kit Kat very diligent about cleaning herself thoroughly after meals, her preference is to be on someone’s lap when she does it! Once that’s done, it’s zoomie time. She runs up and down the stairs. She also likes watching the squirrels and birds outside the window: that gets her wound up, too.

“At night, she mostly sleeps in bed with us. There’s one spot on the back of the loveseat that she really likes, and she’ll sometimes stay there overnight instead.”
